Equipment Leasing: Raven Logistics presently leases a variety of equipment to support our customers' needs. The fleet is strategically placed throughout our network of customers, based on market conditions and carrier equipment availability.
Shipment Expediting: Our customer service group will monitor all of your rail shipments, tracking and expediting every rail car billed, following the car from origin through to actual placement. Customized shipment reports are provided to our customers with the in-transit location of their cars along with any applicable notes pertaining to the car(s) actual status.
Administrative Functions: We handle all back office functions associated with shipping by rail, from car ordering, to billing, to claims filing & resolution.
Distribution Reload Network: While we do have our own reload centers in Ohio, we work closely with our clients in the development of reloads throughout North America. Through various rail and reload programs, we have helped customers - many without rail service - effectively penetrate markets that they could not compete in via direct truck delivery.
